Strategy & Technology Leadership
Senior retail and grocery executive with 25 years driving strategic transformation across merchandising, technology, and supply chain. From C-suite alignment to enterprise-scale implementation — I build the strategies that move markets.
Five core capabilities I deliver in strategy and technology roles.
Strategic partner to Sales — building relationships with CIOs, CSOs, and CMOs, identifying opportunities, and driving commercial outcomes. At Relex, directly impacted the doubling of pipeline and sales in the grocery vertical.
I own and execute industry-specific go-to-market strategy end-to-end — from positioning and competitive differentiation to market expansion — with a track record of turning strategy into accelerated pipeline conversion.
I work directly with customers to build business cases that clearly demonstrate ROI and long-term strategic value — bridging the gap between platform capabilities and buyer conviction at the executive level.
I translate market trends, customer discovery, and competitive intelligence into actionable product roadmap input — ensuring solutions are tightly aligned to real customer needs and market realities.
I represent brands at key industry events and build market credibility through media, webinars, and content. AP-syndicated press quotes, regular bylines in SupplyChainBrain, and speaking at Progressive Grocer, FMI, WAFC, and Grocery Shop.
Owned grocery-specific go-to-market strategy for North America, developing differentiated positioning around Fresh, Store Operations, and cross-functional planning. Partnered with AEs on strategic pursuits to shape offerings and engage CIOs and CSOs at target accounts — positioning Relex as a strategic partner rather than a technology vendor. Drove market development through Progressive Grocer, FMI, WAFC, and Grocery Shop. Translated customer discovery and competitive intelligence into structured product feedback. Impacted the doubling of pipeline and sales in the vertical.
